01 — The company

What this entity does.

Emaar Malls Management is a wholly owned subsidiary of Emaar Properties, operating the group's premium retail assets.

Its portfolio includes The Dubai Mall, Dubai Marina Mall, Dubai Hills Mall, Gold and Diamond Park, Souk Al Bahar and The Springs Souk. The Dubai Mall represents over 80% of Emaar Properties' retail revenues.

The listing status of Emaar Malls is unresolved

Emaar's own pages disagree with one another. The Emaar Properties investor relations page describes Emaar Malls as delisted on 21 November 2021. The Emaar Malls Management page describes the company as currently listed on the Dubai Financial Market.

Both statements were captured from emaar.com. They cannot both be true, and this build does not choose between them: stating a listing status incorrectly on an investor relations page is a disclosure problem, not a copy problem. Emaar must confirm which is correct before this page is published.

02 — The numbers

The figures, and where each one comes from.

No revenue total, net profit, market capitalisation or share count is published on the Emaar Malls Management investor relations landing page. Nothing has been carried across from Emaar Properties to fill the gap — the figures below are the only ones the source publishes.
